Course Detail: CHINESECOOKING - Chinese Cooking

This fun and practical class will teach you how to prepare delicious and healthy Chinese cuisine. It will cover different Chinese cooking styles and techniques of food preparation. A variety of cooking methods such as stir-frying, braising and stewing will be introduced step-by-step. In each session the instructor will demonstrate some of the most popular home-cooked Chinese dishes. Students will get to enjoy their own creation at the end of the class. The goal is to provide an authentic and hands on cultural experience for the students. Instructor is Carine Yang.
