Course Detail: AEROBICFLOW - 316 Aerobic Flow

Groove to high-energy, choreographed classic dance hits and maybe even hit your 5,000 steps while you're at it! This low-impact aerobics class is about moving to the beat, with your instructor leading a series of easy-to-follow foot and arm combinations. For an added challenge, optional light weights or resistance bands may be available for a strength boost during the class's slower beat songs.
