You may have noticed the proliferation of ads for new medicines for some familiar old diseases: Diabetes, Psoriasis, Crohn's, Rheumatoid, etc. These are the new "miracle" drugs - but, there are problems with the miracle. First is the hefty price tag: $20,000 up to $2 million! Second is that ominous warning: "May cause serious infection or death!" So, why are these medicines so good? And why are they so expensive?
