Course Detail: 339TRINITYEPISCOPALCHURCH - 339 An OLLI Inside Look: Trinity Episcopal Church

The Trinity Church Parish can be traced back to 1854 and a village of six or seven homes on the bank on the Saginaw River. The state of Michigan is just 17 years older than Trinity. Looking at Trinity Church from Grant Street, it is easy to see the different sections in the stone walls that verify the fact that the center section of the church was built first. It was called the Stone Chapel. The congregation moved there in April 1887. Join this informative guided tour of the church and narrative of the stained glass windows located throughout the church. Special instructions: meet in the parking lot at the back of the church.
