This "Mission Accomplished: The Missionary Collaboration Between Midland's Grace A. Dow, The Presbyterian Church and The Sillimans in the Philippines, 1926-1966" lecture covers the collaboration between Grace Dow, Bob and Metta Silliman, and the Presbyterian Church to provide for missionary work in the Philippines. It focuses mostly on the lives of the Sillimans and includes their harrowing adventure during WWII when they were forced to hide from the Japanese for two years in the hills of the Philippines on the Island of Negros until they were rescued by submarine and taken to Australia. (Based on the book by the same title, published in 2012).
