Course Detail: WTCX350 - Advanced SolidWorks Parametric Modeling

This 36-hour course meets twice a week over a six-week period. As a result of this course, students will be able to use advanced features to create specialized holes, create complex shapes using surface tools, and apply tolerances to parts, assemblies, and drawings. 

This course qualifies students for a workforce microcredential and prepares students to take the Certified SOLIDWORKS Professional (CSWP) exam. Upon successful completion of the certificate, students will qualify for positions such as 3D Printer Machine Operator, Machinist, Fabricator, Industrial Designer, SolidWorks Designer, 3D Modeling Specialist, Mechanical Designer, Drafter, or Welder.
