Course Detail: WQIG - Wisdom Qigong Meditation

Wisdom Qigong Meditation is a practice that benefits one's physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Qi, pronounced "chee," is our life energy and gong means "to cultivate." Using a holistic and systematic approach to enhance our qi, we deepen the unified connection of our physical, emotional, and mental aspects of ourselves. This is done by learning and practicing specific chanting practices and guided silent meditations. Deeper body, mind, and emotional connection created via Wisdom Qigong is beneficial in areas of balanced emotions, focus, sleep, pain management, and mental endurance.
