Biography: Alane Lucht, Ph.D., DC, LADC, LPC recognized the connection between physical and mental health early in her career as a bodyworker. Throughout both her occupational and educational pursuits she has worked to integrate and understand how the physical body is affected by the mental body and vice versa. Her path began as a massage therapist in the early 1990'sfollowed by yoga, cranio-sacral therapy, and a doctoral degree in chiropractic in 2001. Over the course of the next 20 years she began to explore more in the field of psychological trauma and the physical manifestations when that goes unresolved. She has gained extensive training in both shock and complex trauma, helping people to heal from what has gone unhealed. In 2016 she began the academic pursuit of a master's degree in mental health followed by a PhD in psychology. During this time, she has taught courses in the field of massage therapy and mental health. Her journey continues with a deeper exploration into the mind-body connection through interpersonal neurobiology as well as complex trauma.

Biography: "We're drowning in information and starving for knowledge." ~Rutherford Rogers This axiom aptlycharacterizes how many see research as it relates to health care delivery. Myprofessional goal is to facilitate the pragmatic use of research to both informclinical practice and shape public health policy. My research has focused onclinical trials that answer practical questions, including, are patient outcomes improved with co-managementby different provider types? Is short term treatment or long term management abetter approach for chronic musculoskeletal conditions? What aspects of carematter most to patients? It is essential that the information gained inthese and other studies is translated into knowledge that improves patientcare, policy guidelines, access and reimbursement. I am excited about my workbecause I believe in the capacity for integrative and complementary professionsto be a positive force to improving the landscape of health care. When not atwork, I enjoy traveling, reading, running and baking pies.

Biography: Dr. Becky Pauly is the Director of Operations for Integrative Health for MHealth Fairview system. She also oversees operations for the Pediatric Integrative Health and Wellbeing Program and Wellness Center at the University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital. Dr. Pauly's role involves programming development, management, evaluation, promotion, strategic planning, and managing donor relationships. She works to grow integrative health programs by collaborating with leadership, clinicians and staff. She graduated from the Leadership in Integrative Healthcare Program from Duke University, Northwestern Health Sciences University as a Doctor of Chiropractic and earned her Bachelor's degree from South Dakota State University.Dr. Pauly operated a multi-disciplinary, integrative clinic that earned many awards during her time in practice. Driven to make a larger impact in healthcare and ultimately for patients, she shifted direction to becoming a leader in Integrative Health in a large system.

Biography: Greta Jeffrey D.Ac, L.Ac started her studies of Chinese Medicine in 2010 at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN. Before completing her masters in Acupuncture in 2013, she completed extensive training in: Tianjin, China; The University of Minnesota Medical Center; Woodwinds Hospital; and Cerenity Care Center. Greta completed her Doctorate in 2018 in Chinese Medicine at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, CA. She is an assistant professor and clinical supervisor of Chinese Medicine at Northwestern Health Sciences University. Greta has a focus on treating: stress management, auto immune disorders, anxiety, depression, pain management, and a wide variety of other conditions and symptoms. Patient centered care is the main focus of Greta's work. She believes that each patient is the center of their own health and wellness. Education will be a large component of your acupuncture sessions with Greta. She believes in empowering patients to have the tools necessary to take their health into their own hands while creating a strong team of health care providers around them.

Biography: Spring Saldana is a 2004 graduate of Southeastern School of Neuromuscular Massage Therapy in Jacksonville, FL. Spring has been involved in massage therapy program administration and education for most of her massage career. She is a certified Neuromuscular therapist, certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage therapist, Reiki Master and a license massage therapist (FL). In addition to leading and instructing at Northwestern Health Sciences University, Spring travels around the country leading continuing education seminars for health care professionals on trigger point therapy, and equity, diversity and inclusion. Massage therapy education has been an important part of her life, and she believes in its ability to spark a person's innate healing.
