The internet is the new playground. This is a 2-day school on how to start online investigations for your agency.  No matter how big or small your community is, predators are there or willing to travel there. The emphasis will be on chatting. You will begin chatting on day one with the assistance of an instructor, with presentations throughout both days. Dave Murgia is a Sergeant with the Des Moines County Sheriff's Office, with 19 years of Law enforcement experience. He has conducted numerous online enticing and sexual exploitation cases. These cases have been at both the state and federal level. The cases have primarily been in Des Moines County but has led to the identification and prosecution of predators in various parts of Iowa and across the United States.
