"This Private Tour introduces you to the Duke Lemur Center, its three-fold mission, and its residents-including approximately 17 of the amazing lemurs that call the DLC home, representing at least eight different species! The Private Tour is a personalized tour with one dedicated tour guide just for our group. Got an enthusiastic, lemur-loving person in your family that is sure to keep us busy with fantastic questions? What about a curious, nature-loving group of friends looking for a fun activity? This tour experience is perfect for any age range or familiarity with lemurs. The Duke Lemur Center requires mask be worn throughout the tour of the facility.*This tour will include a van ride to the research center, moderate amount of walking over terrain to view the exhibits. These are natural habitat locations, please be mindful- the terrain may not be dry, level-ground.
