Course Detail: LLPPOSTCD - A Moment of Curiosity/ A Dance with Playfulness
In this workshop we will be working with collage to create post cards for loved ones. This will be a time to investigate curiosity and playfulness. Minimal skills are required. We will use simple tools such as glue, paper, and scissors to create cutout collage post cards. I hope that during our time together each one of you will be able to step into a world of curiosity with the use of collage to create a story, a sense of design, and a sense of communication. Collage is a great way to explore or express gender, nature, politics, and beauty. It's a sense of storytelling. I have included some images of playful postcards that I do each day. I consider it my spiritual practice to create post cards each day, sending them to loved ones as a way to stay connected and share my curiosity. I look forward to those who will come together with me to explore this form of playfulness.
