Program music is music that tells us a story or was inspired by art or nature. This course will give participants the opportunity to listen to and appreciate examples from the Renaissance, Baroque, Classical, Romantic, and Modern periods. This class is for you if you want to listen to "new to you" selections or a familiar piece of music at a deeper level.
