Course Description: Project Management Fundamentals

Project Managers need a unique combination of skills, expertise and knowledge to guide teams to successful project completion in the most productive and efficient way possible. Become an indispensable member of your project team by discovering and mastering the critical concepts you need to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close any type and size of project. This course combines 36 hours of self-paced online learning with five interactive sessions. You will receive access to self-paced online content after the first interactive session and complete 4-6 hours of online study each week throughout this course.

Full refunds are also issued for classes cancelled by COCC. Refunds will be issued back to your card or in the form of a check and mailed within two weeks of the cancellation date if paid by check or cash. Failure to participate in a course or program does not result in a refund. Exceptions to the general refund policy are noted in the course descriptions on our website and in the printed schedule.
