Course Description: AL Learning Lab

AI Learning Labs are 90-minute, hands-on mini-sessions designed for working professionals wanting practical wins with AI at work. Each lab includes a short guided demo followed by open lab time - where you'll experiment with AI tools using proof-of-concept examples based on your real tasks such as writing emails, improving a document, or creating simple marketing content. Every lab is stand-alone and highly practical. 

These labs are best suited for individuals who have tried AI tools at least once (even informally) or completed a short fundamentals course - but beginners are welcome. A brief pre-workshop readiness checklist will help you set up free accounts and confirm that you can log in before the session begins. This ensures we can spend our time applying AI - not signing up for tools. 

You'll leave with working drafts, early versions, and practical starts - not necessarily a polished final product. The goal is to get you confident using AI so you can continue improving your work after the session.
