Biography: Dr. Emily Goodmann is a full-time Assistant Professor of Communication at Clarke University who previously instructed in the Communication programs at Northwestern University (Evanston, IL) and DePaul University (Chicago, IL). Emily earned both her Ph.D. and Master of Arts in Media, Technology, and Society from Northwestern University. She is a media historian, and an entrepreneur. Emily serves as the Network Director for the Library of Congress Radio Preservation Task Force; she is also the co-founder of Booostr (www.booostr.co), a startup for which she is building and managing a digital software suite for non-profit organizations.
