Amanda Matson
Biography: Dr. Amanda Matson loves working with both data and people. She earned her Ph.D. in mathematics from North Dakota State University in 2008, joined Clarke University's math department in 2009, and is currently a Full Professor of Mathematics. Dr. Matson combines knowledge from her doctoral degree in mathematics with community involvement to help everyday people use mathematics and statistics to better understand the world around them. Her favorite part of working with Clarke's CareerPLUS program is the opportunity to help people learn to think, care, and act.
