Biography: Anderson Sainci, M.A., was recently named a BizTimes "Rising Star" and is a goal-oriented thought leader with over six years of leadership experience in local government. Anderson has been recognized nationally as a millennial who is committed to system change. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Communication and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Dubuque. Since 2013, Anderson has worked for the City of Dubuque and currently serves as the Resource Management Coordinator and Supervisor. Outside of work, Anderson serves on the Dubuque Community School Board and is involved with multiple other state and local boards as well as community initiatives to help make his community a place of choice for all.
