What does it mean to be an inclusive organization or department? Inclusion can be defined in many nuanced ways, but typically inclusion involves respecting and valuing differences in ethnicity, gender, age, national origin, ability, sexual orientation, education, religion, and other aspects of people's background or identity. In this micro course, you will use the concepts of inclusion to explore techniques for conflict management across diverse backgrounds and come away with a toolkit of strategies for fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
