T&L 2900: Lost at School (Book Study)

The purpose of this book study is for teachers and paras to learn a new approach in handling students with discipline issues. They will learn tools to identify the problems and lagging skills causing challenging behavior. They will learn how to improve their interactions with challenging kids and reduce episodes. They will receive practical guidance for successful planning and collaboration among educators, parents, & kids. The goal is to learn how to build relationships with difficult kids and learning proactive skills to help with these students.

Millions of kids with challenging behavior are getting lost in our schools.  Kids with behavioral challenges lack important thinking skills to help them deal with challenging situations and we need to teach those skills.  The three-step process laid out in this book can be used by counselors, teachers, principals, and parents.

Dr. Greene includes moving real-life narratives to help you see what this approach looks and sounds like.
