T&L 2900: Book Study & Community Panel Discussion: Stolen Focus by Johann Hari
In this community learning series, educators, families, and community members will engage in a guided panel discussion of Stolen Focus: Why You Can't Pay Attention-and How to Think Deeply Again by Johann Hari.
Through collaborative dialogue and reflection, participants will examine the environmental, technological, and social factors that impact our collective ability to focus-particularly among children and adolescents. This series will connect Hari's research to practical applications in education, mental health, and family well-being.
Each session will include facilitated discussion with community panelists, reflection, and shared takeaways to strengthen focus, engagement, and wellness across home, school, and community environments.
