EDL 2900: Brene Brown's Dare to Lead (Book Study)

This book study explores the essential leadership principles outlined in Brené Brown's Dare to Lead, focusing on courage-building, vulnerability in leadership, trust, and the skills necessary to create healthy, productive school cultures. Participants will reflect on their personal leadership practices and apply the book's concepts to real-world educational contexts across North Dakota.

Educators at all levels serve as leaders-both formally and informally. North Dakota schools are facing increased demands for collaboration, trauma-responsive practice, staff retention, and positive school culture. Dare to Lead provides research-based, actionable tools to build resilient, trustworthy, and courageous leadership.
