Course Detail: NANO103 - Nanomaterials: The Tiny Giants of the Future of Technology - (High School) IN-PERSON

Nanomaterials: The Tiny Giants of the Future of Technology:

Picture a world where materials at the tiniest scale hold the might to revolutionize our gadgets - smartphones, supercomputers, or healthcare - cancer treatment, disease detection, and how we harness energy - solar cells, batteries. In this project, you'll step into the shoes of a future scientist or engineer to unlock the secrets of these tiny giants through captivating learning sessions, critical thinking and exhilarating demonstrations of the unique optical properties of nanomaterials. You will also get hands-on experience on the synthesis of several colorful nanoparticles.

LUNCH: Students staying for full day or for both morning and afternoon sessions can bring or buy their lunch.  All students will eat lunch on Campus in The Commons, a small food court.
