Follow along with Stacie Rose to explore painting a non-traditional still life in a fun and expressive way using a variety of mediums and visual texture to create a unique piece of art. Although the primary focus of the workshop is watercolor, a variety of watercolor pencils/crayons, Inktense pencils, pastels and/or oil pastels will be included in the demonstration. You are encouraged to bring any of the above items you would like to work with including collage papers if desired. Participants are asked to bring 3-5 small items to include in their composition. As this is a very loose and expressive class, refined drawing skills are not required, only a desire to have fun! Please be sure to download the complete supply list for the workshop. Stacie Rose is a local watercolor artist and president of the Saginaw Area Watermedia Artists. She has an associate's degree in applied arts.
