Course Detail: BASICCOOKING - The Art of Delicious: Basic Cooking

Want to move beyond basic fried eggs and toast? Here's an opportunity to learn how to make a hearty lamb ragu with rigatoni, smoked salmon stuffed crepes, catfish etouffee and much more! You will learn everything from what supplies you need for getting started, to reading recipes and planning meals. You will be provided a basic understanding of kitchen etiquette and sources for additional information to foster a lifetime of culinary growth! No previous culinary experience is required! Instructor is Rita Johnson, formerly of Rita's Southern Soul Café in Saginaw.
