Course Detail: 327WALKING - 327 Walking Well at Any Age

Proper gait and walking patterns are the building blocks of maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle at any age. Gait dysfunctions (or walking problems) can often start off very subtle, and it may be difficult to detect posture changes or inefficiencies in your stride that may be causing pain or dysfunction. Physical therapists are movement experts who can help identify gait issues and provide exercises and adjustments to help you have a comfortable and efficient stride. Join us to hear Dr. Kimberly Barcalow explain the importance of maintaining a healthy gait, and the steps (pun intended!) to help you get there. Class minimum 5 ? Class Maximum 30
