Course Detail: WTSF500 - Salesforce Administrator

This 66-hour Salesforce Administrator training course is designed to support students seeking their Salesforce Administrator credential. As a result of this training, students will be able to apply test-taking strategies; design a system that meets business needs; analyze the most effective layout (configuration) for business users; illustrate the customer experience and sales and support life cycles; explain productivity and collaboration features, including AI; create a report in a dashboard; and build a Flow based on business needs.

If you are interested in funding a 50% discount will be available for this program beginning July 1. To take advantage of the funding, please return on July 1 to apply and register.

Schedule: This course meets in MPDC 118 from 5:30pm - 8:30pm every Monday and Wednesday. Starting 7/13/26 and ending 9/28/26. Note: no class on 9/7 (Labor Day)
