This course explores the information and skills required to take and pass the CompTIA A+ 220 1102 (Core 2) certification exam. As a result of this training students will be able to differentiate various operating systems, their uses, and their tools; apply components of physical and digital security; utilize common processes for software issue diagnosis and resolution; dissect and devise industry standard operational procedures for IT departments.
