This course covers essential skills for completing and achieving the CompTIA A+ 220-1101 (Core 1) certification exam, one of two certification exams necessary to earn the A+ certification. As a result of this training students will be able to identify and understand mobile device components, uses, and common issues; recognize and configure networking hardware and software protocols; explain, and install various hardware components from networks and servers to computers and printers; summarize and develop cloud computing and virtual machine environments, and diagnose common IT issues; and apply industry standard troubleshooting methodologies.
