This 32-hour course introduces the fundamental principles needed to understand integrated control systems with a VFD, PLC, motors, and HMI. As a result of this course students will be able to program and document simple sequences inside the VFD, design, construct, and document a simple external VFD control panel, integrate VFD support using Studio 5000, and design, construct and document an integrated PLC, HMI, & VFD system.
