Applying AI in Workflow Automation

This 3-hour, in-person workshop is designed to provide participants with practical skills and hands-on experience. Participants will learn how to automate processes and boost productivity using AI tools such as Power Automate by Microsoft. The workshop will enable participants to drive significant improvements in their organization's operations and position themselves as leaders in AI workplace applications.

Intro to Generative AI in the Workplace

This 2-hour focused training is designed for working professionals, small business owners, or employees who want to contribute to the efficiency of their workplace. Participants will learn how to implement AI in their current and future tasks and processes. Additionally, participants will practice prompting techniques specific to their workplace, think critically about how to utilize AI's responses for a variety of contexts, apply data analysis tools to a variety of scenarios, and consider the ethical implications of AI usage in a rapidly changing technological landscape.
