UHP Light-Duty Safety Inspection

This 16-hour course provides the necessary training and testing for individuals performing safety inspections for passenger vehicles, light trucks, and motorcycles. Participants that score 80% or higher on their final examinations are eligible to apply for their Vehicle Inspection Certification from the Utah Department of Public Safety.
