Nutrition, Safety, & Disease Prevention

This course is one of four designed for Utah K-12 educators seeking a Health Endorsement. In this course, students will explore the relationship between nutrition to the maintenance of health and the prevention of disease. Principles of disease and major diseases of body systems and organs will be examined.
