This 3-hour course introduces electrical safety concepts and practices through a combination of lecture and lab activities. As a result of this training students will be able to: identify shop safety set up, explain electrical safety procedures, demonstrate appropriate use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), evaluate personal safety, and demonstrate Lock-Out tag-Out procedures.
