Course Detail: WTVI150 - UHP Heavy-Duty Safety Inspection Exam

This two-hour workshop is presented in-person. Successful completion of the examination qualifies the participant to apply for their Vehicle Inspection Certification from the Utah Department of Public Safety. Available only to SLCC Diesel Systems Technician program participants

Schedule: This is an exam to pass the Utah Highway Patrol's Heavy Duty Safety Inspection testing requirements and is offered and available only to students of SLCC's diesel program. It takes place in diesel program's class space during their regular class period on August 7, 2026 from 9-11 am.
