Students also master ICF-recognized protocols and use them to build their own distinctive coaching style. After successful completion, students know how to guide people through a dynamic coaching process from start to finish; apply the application of ethical practices and standards; develop their own personal coaching presence, style, and communication system; help their clients clarify their purpose, goals, plans, and actions; launch their own coaching practice; develop an Envisioning Possibilities statement for their practice client; and develop a comprehensive business plan.
