Course Detail: WTTG850 - Management Training

This six-month program consists of 12 separate modules geared to provide students with the vital information they need to gain an understanding of financial and accounting terms, successful negotiation strategies, the marketing process, employment law, compliance and regulatory requirements, and licensing, permits, and taxes. As a result of this training students will learn the entire marketing process, including the roles of ethics and technology; develop basic practical and managerial skills; learn about how taxes affect business, such as sole proprietorship, partnership, or corporation; identify the process of negotiating, evaluate negotiation styles, and consider successful negotiation strategies for most environments; and discover the seven management disciplines essential to business success.
