This 30-hour course is completely online and should be completed within 8 weeks. As a result of this training, participants will be able to apply the concepts of team dynamics to creative problem-solving; analyze the diverse skills and backgrounds of team members to identify their strengths; design roles and tasks according to team members' strengths; apply effective techniques for managing team decision-making processes; and evaluate and reflect on the effectiveness of team problem-solving strategies.
