This 4-week course will meet once a week for 4 weeks, 3 hours per week. Students are also required to spend one hour per week learning online content, for a total of 16 hours. As a result of this training students will be able to identify challenges and strategies for new managers; prepare and manage effective business meetings; create and interpret common business management documents; and communicate effectively in employee management scenarios.
