This 4-week course will meet once a week for 4 weeks, 3 hours per week. Students are also required to spend one hour per week learning online content. For a total of 16 hours.?The course combines online class preparation with in-class/webinar activities where students will practice and assess communication scenarios, work in teams, and practice business communication.?As a result of this training students will be able to identify challenges and solutions for team building; apply group communication techniques to work in a professional and constructive manner; and create and present effective group projects.
