This 8-hour course will be completed in one day. As a result of this training participants will be able to recognize your internal conflict style by identifying triggers, values, ego, and blind spots under pressure; apply tools to regulate emotions, influence resolution, and interrupt conflict cycles; and shape team culture and systems that prevent escalation, reinforce trust, and sustain healthy conflict practices.
