This 18-hour course meets once a week for three hours over a six-week period. Students are encouraged to bring current projects to class for instructor and peer feedback. At the conclusion of this course students will be able to explain how project management is the vehicle for change management; create a project charter; and identify all stakeholders and how each will be kept informed.
