Course Detail: WTAT140 - NC3 Precision Electrical Termination
This 28-hour course meets three and half hours a day in-person over the course of eight days. As a result of this training, participants will be able to explain the differences between crimping and soldering techniques; demonstrate proper crimping and soldering procedures, including the installation and removal of contacts; identify the correct tooling for specific wire and crimp terminations; align tool operation and completed work to MIL-SPEC (military specification) standards; and analyze the differences between commercial and military-grade connectors.
