Course Detail: FDFM - Food Demonstration: Fezziwig's Marketplace

Let's get into Cinco de Mayo mode and cook up some tasty South of the Border creations with Chef Jen.  We will start off with a fresh ceviche and then move onto a demo of how to make chile verde fish tacos with mango salsa, house made refried beans and a side of loaded rice.  Our fabulous afternoon would not be complete without a decadent dessert, so you get a treat of Mexican infused hot chocolate cupcakes with churro frosting!
