Participants will gain an understanding of Illinois LCSW supervision requirements, the purpose and structure of effective clinical supervision, and the distinct roles of supervisors and supervisees. The session also explores supervision agreements, ethical, legal, and documentation responsibilities, along with practical strategies for providing behavior-focused feedback.
