This course will fulfill municipal operations workers' education and training requirements to support our region's stormwater municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) permit requirements. With 20 years of experience, we will provide an overview of applicable stormwater regulations and teach about potential sources of stormwater contamination and ways to minimize the water quality impact of municipal activities, such as park and open space maintenance, fleet and building maintenance, construction and land disturbances, and storm drain system maintenance. Attending this course is also a great opportunity to network with other municipal employees.
