Course Detail: VIN1 - Vinyasa-inspired Yoga (Flow Yoga)

Vinyasa yoga, or flow yoga, is a fun and dynamic style where you move through poses in sync with your breath. It's similar to Ashtanga and Hatha in that way, but unlike Ashtanga, there's no set routine-so every class is a little different. That means more creativity, variety, and freedom to move how it feels best for you. Each class is open to all levels and easy to modify, so you can make it your own.
