Odyssey 6: The LIVING World (students entering grades 7-9)

This newly revamped odyssey session is all about the world around us. We'll experience biology, zoology, anthropology, epidemiology and a couple more "-ologies". Activities will include a simulated zombie apocalypse and learning how to properly preserve an insect specimen for display.

Recreation
Two recreational periods are scheduled daily with swimming planned for the afternoon period. Alternate activities will be offered for campers who choose not to swim. These may include board games, nature walks and "Talk Nerdy to Me" chats to learn the importance of science communication.
Lunch
Participants must bring a sack lunch including a drink. The camps eat at noon in the Morris University Center and parents are welcome to join the group.
