Course Detail: EDIN - Educard Registration Instructions

If this is your first time registering for an offering with our office online online, you must create an account. Click on "Sign In / Create Acct" in the left navigation menu.
  • Select "Create Account, and proceed to enter your information (as illustrated on the next page.
  • Be sure to select "Yes" to receive emails and mailings from us with information about upcoming programs
  • Also, you will want to select "Individuals" before clicking "Submit" at the bottom of the page.
Add items to your cart.

After you have created an account or logged in, use the navigation on the left to select "Educard". Once you have selected "Educard", please select the semester that you are interested in applying for. 

Registration for the Educard Summer 2023 semester will open on April 17th, 2023. 
  • Once you found the semester you want to add, click "Add to Cart."
  • From here you will click checkout to complete the information needed and provide your information.
Upon clicking Checkout, you will be redirected to a page asking you to fill in information for yourself and about the course you would like to take. Please be sure to fill in all of the information to the best of your ability: 

  • Birthdate - Please fill in your birthdate as this allows SIUE to provide you with an account to access all relevant course materials through BlackBoard
  • Email Address - For contact purposes
  • Course Title - This will be the title of the class that you would like to take as found on CougarNet
  • Course Number - This will be the Course Number of the class that you would like to take as found on CougarNet (i.e. AD 090)
  • Section Number - This will be the Section Number of the class that you would like to take as found on CougarNet (i.e. 001, 101, 201, 301, etc.)
  • Course Time(s) - This will be the times the course meets that you would like to take as found on CougarNet (i.e. 12 PM - 1:45 PM)
  • Course Days - This will be the days the course meets that you would like to take as found on CougarNet (i.e. MWF, TR, etc.)
  • Emergency Contact Name and Phone Number - This is the name and contact information for someone that can be contacted in case of emergency
  • Civility Agreement - This is a drop down for acknowledgment of the Civility Agreement that can be found on the Educard Homepage. 
  • Educard Agreement - This is a drop down for acknowledgment of the Educard Agreement that can be found on the Educard Homepage.
Once you have completed all the information above, you will scroll to the bottom of the page and fill out the How did you hear about us question and click Next under Billing Information.

By clicking submit, you will confirm your order. Once your order has been submitted, our staff will work to determine if you are eligible to join the course. If you are accepted into the course, you will be notified, VIA EMAIL, to complete your registration and pay the $60 fee for the course. 

The information on your confirmation page, which is also emailed to you, gives you the information needed to obtain your textbooks and parking pass. Once you receive your secondary confirmation, approximately at 12:30 p.m. the day following your registration, you can obtain your parking pass and textbooks.
