Join us as we explore the beautiful vistas of Southern Illinois' Monroe County to tour breweries and distilleries in these rural Metro East communities. The adventure begins with a meeting at the first brewery at 10 a.m. and will continue caravan style for the remainder of the trip. Participants will visit multiple distilleries and breweries for behind-the-scenes tours, tastings and a little history from SIUE's resident beer, wine and spirits expert, Bob Dixon, PhD, professor of chemistry. Registration fees cover all tours and tastings at each stop. Additional drinks and food are available for purchase at each location.
