Miss Ruthie will teach you how to create ceramic plant markers/stakes - a nice addition to your spring indoor/outdoor/potted gardens! You will learn simple slab and stamping techniques, how to use a variety of clay tools, and gain an understanding of clay and its properties. You will make one set of 5-6 stakes in class, and glaze and decorate that night to be ready for a once-firing process. You are encouraged to bring snacks and drinks to the class and relax while making art.
